COMMOTION

I was taking my ninth nap of the day when I was rudely awakened that happens a lot of course I had to check it out.

Mom said something about it being new shredder.  I told her
it looked dead to me!! She assured me it had fallen but it

could get UP. I gave it a sniff then all of a sudden
I spied something wonderful
THE   BOX
(I HEART BOXES!!!)
it was deep wonderful
and had the most amazing smells

after all that sniffing it was time to resume my nap

You might recall a post from last week with me sitting on a box
(click here if you missed  it) that had been in the foyer for 87 years (BTW: it contains a file cabinet)!!  You know what? it is still there.  Yep Mom said she had to open the shredder box first so that she could get rid of old papers before she fills up the new file cabinet.
I would like to personally thank you for all the kind comments
about Madi's picture yesterday.  For some unknown reason,
she loves to pose....maybe she was a Super Model in another
life.
Hugs
Mom

P.S.  THE SHREDDER IS KEPT IN OUR INDOOR STORAGE
ROOM BEHIND CLOSED DOORS AND IS UNPLUGGED

  5. Hey Madi, you mean that shredder thingy was taking up space in a perfectly good box? That's just wrong. All boxes should be empty and ready for play. Enjoy your new (empty) box.

  8. We love our boxes too, Madi! With us around, Mommy doesn't need a shredder. MOL.
Be careful of the shredder when it's in operation! Mommy shuts off the electricity when she isn't using the shredder because she worries we might jump up and accidentally start it and stick our paws in...
    Enjoy your brand new box!

  16. Good idea to shred. Since we live in the country, we keep a large garbage bag just for things that need to be burned. I don't thrown anything away that has our name on it.

  17. My mom told me a cat that they used to have in Germany always loved to play and hide in bags, you would see a bag zoom across the floor and just know Sugar was inside.

  21. We think there should be a box service for cats... you know? Just deliver boxes, full of great smells, to cats all over the world... then they can send to another cat to enjoy.

  31. Mom says she really likes that shredder...she is SO weird!! She has a serious stationery addiction - this includes shredders, files, filing cabinets etc.

Hmmm...we seem to have missed your post from yesterday...we will go have a look-see now.

    Have a grrreat weekend,
    Wally & Sammy
